GRADUATION Attention Seniors! If you have not ordered your Cap & Gown you can place your order online at or go to the Gym Lobby during lunch on Thursday, January 19th to place your order with the sales representative. Winter Formal is on Sat., Jan. 28, 8-11pm.  Ask that special someone OR go with a group of friends.   Single: $10 w/ASB-$12 w/o ASB  Double: $18 w/ASB-$20 w/o ASB. ALL charges MUST be paid before purchasing bids.  Dance contracts and guest forms MUST be turned in to purchase bids.  Forms are available in the Student Store or room 109.
Girls: You don't need to buy an expensive dress to wear to Winter Formal. Come by room 109 and check out dresses we have.

All athletes interested in being a part of the 2017 Red Bluff Track and Field Team please sign up in room 209 asap (including athletes who have been on the track team before and athletes currently playing a winter sport).  I need to begin the team gear ordering process, and I need to know numbers asap.  Thanks,  Coach Culp.


Applications for the Italian Exchange are due Friday January 20th.  Please see Mrs. Pelanconi in Room 315 to pick up or turn in your application. The Italians are coming in September!!!  If you have any questions, please ask Pelanconi, DiSibio or Clawson. Ciao!!

Next week - 1/23-24 & 1/26-1/27 -  ALL buses will be leaving at 3:18 except Wednesday, 1/25 which will be a normal departure. Schatz
The Marines will be on campus Monday 1/23/17 during the lunch period.  They will set up in front of Café Sparta and will have a pull-up bar.  Come see how many pull-ups you can do.

The Student Store  will be be closed January 24th-27th.  It will open ONLY during lunch on those days for Winter Formal ticket sales~Weir

Seniors!!!  Verification of your required 20 hours of community services is due by May 12th.   Don’t wait until the last minute to get this requirement completed.  Stop by the job board for possible opportunities.
Community Service Opportunity – Rape Crisis Intervention program is seeking student volunteers to develop and operate a clothing/hygiene kit drive for victims of sexual abuse.  This group would collect donations of clothing and/or money for the needed kits.  More information is posted on the job board. UPWARD BOUND II Upward Bound II is a year-round program geared toward students who are currently in 9th, 10th, and 11th grades.   If you are interested in this program, the application is available in the Counseling Center.  The deadline for applications postmark is January 31, 2017.
SPANISH II HELP Thursdays, after school, in room 307 there will be support for Spanish 2 students.  Today I will focus on tú commands and stem-changers as well as reviewing vocabulary.  This is NOT worksheet based practice.  We will play games, sings songs, work on the computers, all new activities created just for you.  Although I have my plans, bring your questions and I'll make sure that they are answered before you leave.  Start the year strong!  ¡Sí se puede! bpalubeski
BOARD GAME NIGHT is next Friday January 20th from 3:30 to 8:30 pm in Room 92.  There will be FREE pizza, snacks and drinks.  Bring a board game and bring a friend!   Proudly put on by the Math & Science Club and C.S.F. LKennedy

 SLAM DUNK CANCER The Spartan Pink Out basketball game is February 2nd.  Please help support the cause. We are seeking raffle items and or order a pink-out shirt from the student store.  Raffle items must be turned in by January 27th and shirts need to be ordered by January 19th. See Ms. Drury in the counseling center if you have questions.
